Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase, but we understand that returns might be necessary from time to time. In those instances, we are happy to accept your return and issue you a store credit (no refunds) for the amount of your purchase, less the $10 shipping free (if applicable). Returned items can be: (1) dropped off at our door by appointment only (please call ahead to make sure a Sales Associate is in the store to accept your return); or (2) shipped back to the store at your expense via USPS.

All returned items must be received in the store within 10 days of your receipt of the order. All tags must be attached, and all items must be unworn in order to receive a store credit. All accessories (jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, lingerie, etc.) and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To return an item, simply log into your account, view your order using the “Orders” link under the “Account” menu, click om the “Return for store credit” button and follow the instructions. We’ll notify you via email of your store credit once we’ve received and processed your return.

 

All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from this store location.

Please note: Due to vendor restrictions, not all of our inventory is sold online. If you cannot add an item to the cart, please call the store and a Sales Associate will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Shipping

We will ship your order within the continental United States for a flat rate of $10. 

As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye out for your package. Please note that delivery times may vary based upon your location.
